The forth day has come

I spent all my day working with constitution. And still, only half of it is finished.
Well, today I spotted a one quite annoying thing in forum engine and I immediately fixed it:

- Changed topics title length minimal value from 10 to 1.
- Changed topics title length maximum value from 255 to 64.

Now I believe that everything with forum engine will be alright.
