Second day

Today I started to work with forum engine and I have done these things:
- Allowed moderators to ban law breakers and see hidden usernames.
- Increased the amount of posts per topic page from 15 to 20.
- Increased the amount of max poll options from 10 to 20.
- Added Quick reply and multi-quote.
- Added announcements. (Only staff can add them)
- Allowed attachments.
Well today I was online only for 30 minutes, So I didn't do much changes.
I'm going to finish working with forum engine tomorrow.
