I think it would be close but I think a samurai would win...I mean a ninja has no defese(armor) whatsoever and u see how sharp a samurai's sword is??? | |

| Samurai is stronger, ninja is quicker.
Samurai has stronger armor, so probably ninja won't kill samurai with one hit.
So I think that samurai would probably defeat ninja. | |
