| So this is the Union city forum staff requirements. To become a staff member you need to match at least 4 of 5 requirements. Also every staff member starts from watcher rank and if he wants to become higher rank (ranger) He has to prove his worth of being a watcher first.

| First off, I think this is rather clever, but only a few members should even become watchers and is there like a village games section? | |

Posts in city games give you less points, so your points per post will decrease and I will notice it. | |

| I think those days requirements are too light...I mean Admin and Super admin are very powerfull and I think they should be on the forum longer than 1 month..all of these are less than 1 month..although you have rep to counter it ppl are known to hack...especially on a free forum hosting like this...
